Drawing on experience leading people functions across complex organisations, she helps leaders move beyond awareness and identify the systems, practices, and assumptions that create unnecessary friction at work. Her work supports organisations to strengthen leadership capability, improve communication, foster psychological safety, and build environments where people and performance can thrive together.
